Beehad Ka Baghi MX Player review – A series with a lot of courage and clarity

Beehad Ka Baghi 2020 is the story of a rebel, a rebel meaning Baghi. The story is set in the backdrop of the year 1998, a time when rebels had their warm blood bubbling with the determination of breaking through the spider web of oppression with the aid of weapons and blood. The story of Beehad Ka Baghi has its background based in Bundelkhand, where the tale of the life of a notorious and merciless dacoit is narrated, by the dacoit himself.

The story is no less than a large piece of onion. The outer reddish layer represents the blood-clad skin of the character of the baghi. The penultimate dark purple layer is the garb of cruelty and heartless manifestation of the baghi. The consecutive inner layers take us to the core, were the heart of this young lad was white and pure, just like the heart of a saint. The story has been told in a crisp and clear way, with more inclination on the dramatization of the tale than the reasoning.

Script

The script of Beehad Ka Baghi web series MX Player undoubtedly has a lot of punch and good substance to complement the well-designed and perfectly characterised story of the series. The dialect, although monotonous at places, but absolutely substantiating, coupled very well with the backdrop of the series.

Acting

In Beehad Ka Baaghi web series, Dilip Arya is undoubtedly the star of the show. He slips with ease into the skin of the character and slowly sculpts it out in the best possible way. Laura Mishra’s bold delivery as Rama will keep the viewers glued throughout. Ravi Khanvilkar, Arya Bhatta and Jeetendra Shastri did a very good job along with the other casting members of Beehad Ka Baghi.

Music

Pravesh Mallick did an excellent job as the man behind music for Beehad Ka Baghi. The music on the title screens also reflects a different sense of class and aristocracy that talks about how some people are moulded to be criminals. The music contains the essence of the series.

Cinematography, Special Effects & Editing

The cinematography of Beehad Ka Baghi was absolutely enthralling. The work of camera was excellent with very good angles of shot. Prashant Naik and Abhishek Ranjan also did a good work as the editor of Beehad Ka Baghi.

Direction

Beehad Ka Baghi is based on a theme which requires a lot of courage. And more than that, such a good execution requires a lot of research work. It is needless to say that Ritam Srivastav as the director, has truly understood the real meaning of a Baghi’s life. Rebel sparks through this 5-episode-series in the best possible way.
