Meka Suri 2 Telugu Movie Review – Revengeful, Transformative Movie with a Good Ending

Meka Suri 2 is sequel to Meka Suri. It’s an ott release on zee5, just 86min long movie. Much awaited movie at that.

The story begins with a time gap of 20years, Suri is now a full-fledged criminal , and the police is after him. Arjun, the cop is assigned the duty of nabbing him, he does not know any where about of him. Also has information that he was shot dead long ago. After going to Raghu ram to do the enquiry still Arjun does not get to know about him. But his past is revealed to him where he comes to know of the revengeful story and why he turned into a criminal.  This leads to the thought that Suri may be alive and then he begins the search. After lot of efforts , he finds him.

After tracking him, he realizes Suri is a hard core criminal and fearless about everything. He lets out all his crimes openly and tells him if he can prove it and put him behind bars.After thorough investigation he comes up with a crime, where Suri had killed an innocent man, and the victim’s son is after suri to seek revenge. Arjun makes him realize his faults and sets him on good path.

The end of the story with the second part of the movie makes it very exciting and interesting, Its a very engaging crime thriller.

It has suspense and twists when Rani, the female lead ,gets killed with a controversy hounding on her character. Who killed her? What could be the motive? The answers to these questions forms the important bulk of movie.

The raw rustic look and feel is the highlight of the movie. Dark secrets are revealed, in the final part of movie. Graphics of the movie keeps us thoroughly engaged, and is unmissable part of the film. Excellent camera work has ensured the audience are glued to the movie.

Both the main leads have been introduced in their film, and their long length sequel movie is a must watch. Raghu ram character has been beautifully etched and something to watch out. A village beauty is usually imagined as a green, serene atmosphere, this movie goes beyond to capture the dark side of village scenery.

Director and writer has done a great job, and his share of laurels is justified, straight, raw and to the point movie with very little editing from his end.

Music reflects the intense atmosphere of the movie, a song Paroprakaram punyaya is beautiful and has a real message for the audience, and its message is about the consequence of one’s deeds. And Prajwal Krish’s music is a cherry on the top for this movie.

Abhinay has done a very work in the movie and we can definitely look for more brilliant performance from him, expressions leave a lasting impression on us. Sumaya has done a good job and can be a powerful actress if she gets strong roles.

Our Verdict

Meka Suri 2020 movie has some realistic performances. For Someone who likes raw and rustic movies, it’s a must watch.

Definitely not a family movie. The good part of the movie it has a positive end .
